Composition:
Each single human dose of 0.5 ml contains:
- Diphtheria Toxoid ≥ 2 IU
- [Corynebacterium diphtheriae – CN 2000 (sub-strain of PW 8 strain)]
- Tetanus Toxoid ≥ 20 IU
- [Clostridium tetani – No:49205, Harvard Strain]
- Aluminium Phosphate as AI ≤ 1.25 mg
- Thiomersal (as preservative) 0.01% w/v
- Saline q.s. to 0.5 ml
Indications:
For active immunizaon against Diphtheria and Tetanus in Adolescents (10 years to
below 18 years) & Adults (Age 18 years to 60 Years).
Dosage form and strength
Suspension for Intramuscular Injection:
- Single dose (0.5 mL in 2 mL vial)
- Ten dose (5 mL in 5 mL vial)
