Project 2- Content support for e-learning course on one of the disciplines of Allied Health Science
Provided content for the course development for one of the disciplines of Allied Health Science for one of the biggest publishing houses in the US. The course consisted of several modules which in turn consisted of lessons and topics. The scope of work included creating and storyboarding course content based on the topic and lesson learning objectives from the base source material provided, and writing and revising assessment items based on the content. The quality and standardized content could integrate well with the end-clients software applications. The deliverables also included suggestions on the art and audiovisuals.

Conceptualized and designed e-learning course content for Bangalore University, India in association with NIMHANS-National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences and Indian Epilepsy Association. The course consisted of five modules having five chapters each on Epilepsy Care. Target audience was healthcare workers, paramedical staff, and guardians of epilepsy patient. The scope of work consisted of identification of learning needs and objective, creating course outline including breakup into chapters, learning objectives and outcomes, sourcing of content and repurposing, including art, audio and visual aids, proofreading and editing, instructional designing for production, and QA testing. The course is available through the IEA website.

The World's Largest Payer’s technology partner collaborated with InfocusRx to carryout User Experience study and design UI for "Find a Provider directory" directory. This tool helps in finding participating doctors, dentists, hospitals and urgent care centers in USA. InfocusRx team carried out an assessment and determined the various components and services that comprise the portal/ application. The analysis helped us determine the needs of the various audiences of the portal and understand the goals of stakeholders. After determining the base set of components, our team worked to organize these elements into effective information architecture, navigation system and a detailed software requirements, which comprises all the functional, and non-functional activates (functionalities) required. Before, we nailed down the final look and feel for the directory, the run through multiple rounds of mockup development for each set of templates was done. After the preliminary look, or visual design, was approved, the team refined it by creating a variety of alternatives until we arrived at the site's best visual design. We completed this work in collaboration with the client team and the organization's head of practice.
