Job description:

  • Co-ordination with the management
  • Conducting interviews
  • Facilitate all joining formalities and necessary papers concerned with new joinees are documented.
  • Coordinating with prospective candidates and administering offers.
  • Maintaining and updating the data base of all Employees in HRIS
  • Taking care of the joining formalities and induction for the new joiners
  • MIS Report to be provided on Weekly Basis.
  • Wants to learn and work
  • Employee Involvement activities
  • Performance Appraisal
  • Maintenance of Good Industrial relations
  • Sourcing Profiles from job portals and maintaining database of the candidates
  • Assist in recruitment of employees.

  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
  • The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate having Prior experience in Recruitments is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of jobsites
  • Handle internal requirements of the company
  • Follow up the candidate till joining maintaining good relation with the candidates. Must be very efficient in MS office
