- Coordinating with prospective candidates and administering offers.
- Maintaining and updating the data base of all Employees in HRIS
- Taking care of the joining formalities and induction for the new joiners
- MIS Report to be provided on Weekly Basis.

- Maintenance of Good Industrial relations
- Sourcing Profiles from job portals and maintaining database of the candidates
- Assist in recruitment of employees.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR

- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate having Prior experience in Recruitments is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of jobsites
- Handle internal requirements of the company
- Follow up the candidate till joining maintaining good relation with the candidates. Must be very efficient in MS office
